Not a very easy genus to ID. We would need some better pictures.

Probably A. cf. picea.

Probably A. cf. picea.
There are plenty other possibilities.

Yeah, that's true but I think it'd be okay to eliminate species like A. fulva and A. treatae; A. picea are characteristically darker in coloration. Even Aphaenogaster rudis is more red than it is black or brown.

Care tips?
Test tube set up will be fine for now. The queen will not need food until the first workers arrive. That should take between 1-2 months. When they do arrive, tiny drops of honey / water mixture will be okay ... but they don't always like it. They LOVE fruit flies, so if your local pet store carries those I would buy them.
Another thing, when I raised Aphaenogaster they had quite the personality. They were more inquisitive and bold than most ants I've dealt with. What I mean is they will actively but cautiously investigate you opening the tube during feeding time. It's pretty fun to watch, but they will get bolder and make a break for the exit at some point. Chasing down workers can be a chore so I recommend placing their tube in a small foraging area with the end open. They'll do fine with that set up.
