Hello guys, I'm new to ant keeping.This is my first post for my first ant I caught. Can you please help me id this queen. Thanks!

 

 

1. Location (on a map) of collection: Orange County (Peters Canyon Regional Park), South California
2. Date of collection: Aug 02, 2017 
3. Habitat of collection: dry long dead grass/shrub. Dry condition 
4. Length (from head to gaster): around 13mm
5. Color, hue, pattern and texture: Black or Dark Amber
6. Distinguishing characteristics: N/A
7. Distinguishing behavior: N/A
8. Nest description: N/A
