How have you been creating your sugar water concoctions? Should i invest in Hummingbird nectar instead? Any thoughts on what you prefer for your ants? Or I should say: what they prefer.

Thanks,

Canadant

I mix my sugar water 1:1 and my small colony seems fine with it. I have heard hummingbird nectar works decently. You can also purchase products from vendors that will serve the same purpose. Byformica has a highly recommended product.

I have used Sunburst ant nectar for about two years now and have had quite a bit of success with it. All of my colonies are extremely receptive to it.
