I got another question I'm a bit nervous that my queen has been slowing down like at first she was really active as you see in the first vid but now she has slowed down looking like she is taking long naps is this normal should I be worried my first ever queen that has laid eggs will die?

I agree. My largest Camponotus species' queens stood very, very still during the founding stage.
