Oh okay, now that I can see the colors better, my guess would be Pheidole xerophila.

Pheidole. Pictures are very dark, but I would guess Ph. hyatti. If you put a dark background behind the queen when you take the picture it won't look so much like a silhouette. Thanks for embedding the pictures though.
