Hi!
My Camponotus Nearcticus colony needs a formicarium. Will 117 colonies callow nests be suitable for my species?

Yes. Your colony would be perfect size for the callow kit.
 
Although, we are currently on another back order. Version 1 of the callow kit used a pressure fit lid that could be glued on by the customer. If the customer had chosen not to glue the lid down, the acrylic would absorb water and end up warping out of place. Just enough for a small gap to form.
Upon finding this out, we scrapped all of our original 117 callow kits and started building new ones that included thumb screws over the lid. This helps secure the top down extra tight and won't allow for the gap to form anymore.
With that being said, we put some orders on hold to do some quick redesign. Now that we are back in order, we're building up our stock on Callow Kits and will start shipping soon.
