I just caught a formica queen 2 day ago and this morning i check how the queen doing and it just die, first i caught it and bring home i made test tube and put the queen inside, but this morning i check how the queen doing and it just die, what went wrong? please let me know, thank you

This sometimes happens will all queens. This doesn't usually happens but the queen sometimes dies from stress, occurred injury, disease, or just sometimes dies for unknown reasons. You most likely didn't do anything wrong. This stuff just sometimes happens. Good luck and Best Regards!

Unless there's some other factor, it was probably random. Happens with queens all the time.

Yep, you can probably expect roughly 30% of your queens to die for unknown reasons.  Just part of the hobby, unfortunately. Keep hunting and don't let it get you down - you'll get a good one!

I had something similar happen to some pogonomyrmex occidentalis queens i have. I caught 6 of them all within 24 hours of each other and all were given the same setup. A couple days later one of them was dead from unknown reasons but the rest are still doing ok.
