I'm not exactly sure what you mean by 'multi-queen', but I think this is Trichomyrmex perplexus.
maybe is it Monomorium bicolor ? ( i mean that at the past i found that can have 10-12 queens in same nest)

The term you're looking for is 'polygynous'.
Monomorium does seem to fit the description; it could very well be M. bicolor. I don't know the history of the invasive Monomorium pharaonis in Cyprus, but you may want to consider that as well.
