Summerville, SC ant id (possible fungus ant?)

Found in a store parking lot with nothing but hedges and dirt around.
1. Location of collection: Summerville SC
2. Date of collection: 7/18/2017
3. Habitat of collection: Found in a store parking lot with nothing but hedges and dirt around.
4. Length (from head to gaster): Barely 4mm
5. Color, hue, pattern and texture: Black but very rough texture.
6. Distinguishing characteristics: very small
7. Distinguishing behavior: none
8. Nest description: none

Important: If this is a fungus growing ant I will for sure need help with care tips also housing information for her, also on a side note should she have a pod with her?

Looks slightly like Cyphomyrmex to me.

I've never kept fungus growing ants but here is an idea for a founding set up:
Go to Michaels and buy one of the larger glitter mixing jars/tubes (approx 1 inch diameter). Place damp tissue paper on the bottom but leave a bare spot. Place the queen on the bare spot after refrigerating her for 2 minutes. Also, check if she has any fungus already. If she does, place it on the bare spot.
