1. I found this queen at the tennis court at beale AFB in California
2. I found this queen at the date of September 9 2017
3. Naberhood tennis court
4. From antenna to wing tip is about 1 cm but from antenna to end of gaster is about .8 cm
5. Dark red brown
6. Has wings
7. None that I have noticed
8. Do not know

Added one new picture, don't know if it will help but....
Fixed some things and I will try to get some more/ better pictures tomorrow

Measurements are needed as well as better pictures. Try taking them in a brighter area. Otherwise, no one is likely to be able to help you with this ID.

Looks like it might be, but we can't get the exact species until the pictures have better lighting.
