3. Habitat of collection: subdivision
4. Length (from head to gaster): 6mm
5. Color, hue, pattern and texture: black
6. Distinguishing characteristics: 1 node

Colobopsis sp. Possibly C. mississippiensis or C. obliqua.

So its a type of Camponotus?

 

Colobopsis was once a subgenus belonging to the genus Camponotus, but it is now it's own genus.
