Found four of these queen ants during their nuptial flight.
They are black/brownish with two rings on their abdomen, I was thinking they were phedoile sp (I think I spelled that wrong lol),

Also will they tolerate more than one queen ?

EDIT- They are all 8-9mm

Measurements?? These look like Crematogaster to me.
