1. Location (on a map) of collection: 7200 ft elevation, northern NM, temperate climate
2. Date of collection: 7/3/17
3. Habitat of collection: pine duff, pinon-juniper woodland
4. Length (from head to gaster): 6mm (female alates)
5. Color, hue, pattern and texture: yellow
6. Distinguishing characteristics: small yellow ants
7. Distinguishing behavior: I've never seen this species above ground, they probably live underground most of the time
8. Nest description: None visible, they were emerging from one spot in the pine litter

Some sort of parasitic Lasius.
