What would make my small colony have 2 dead workers this morning (out of total 4 workers) and be out of there testube queen and all?

Sugar water is given 24.7  

protine cut in half cricket and melaworm everyother day and replaced when givin new ones

all the ants (including the queen) are out of the test tube and all the eggs (besides for one pupa) are missing.

I Am  afraid they tried to move because they weren't accepting the crickets and mealworms.

More details about the setup? How is the sugar water provided/stored? How much circulation does the foraging area get? When/how was the queen collected?

 

Camponotus are somewhat sensitive ants. You may wish to provide them a fresh test tube.

Bracchymyrmex caught the queen last June and immediately put her in a test tube setup, They  also replaced the test tube about a week before we gave them to you. (about 2 or 3 weeks ago)

 

Open tupple ware container with fluon berrior.

Testube with cover around it to make it dark. heating pad underneath (keeping it about 75 ish)

a drop of sugar water is added onto a dish once a day. (1 drop)

​And i have a "feeder" with a cotton ball i change every 2 days with sugar water in it.

not sure on circulation i have them in a 10g fish tank with the Tupperware container inside of that.

For clarification, Bracchymyrmex and I caught this dealate in June of last year (presumably after a flight), and replaced her tube about 7 days prior to Aholtzapp's purchase about a month ago. Her new tube included a fresh cotton ball and a correctly proportioned methylparaben-water mixture (provided by Subverted) to prevent mold growth. She was thriving in her setup before we transferred her to Aholtzapp and judging by his frequent updates, he's been taking very good care of her.

 

This puzzles me as well. I haven't seen this behaviour from this queen during the entire duration of time in which we'd kept her.
