My Pheidole similarly hoarded Blue 100 granules, but I never saw blue larvae. They grew remarkably quickly, despite this fact, although I did feed them the occasional insect.

That is not for me to answer, mainly because I could not just list it to you off the top of my head. Drtrmiller can tell you though.

What is the ingredients of blue 100?

The ingredients are on the Amazon.com product page.  The basic ingredients consist of several complementary milk proteins, whole egg, and sugar.  I'd rather not list the full ingredient list in a post, because the product is evolving over time, and the list has changed slightly since when the product first launched.

GAEME, I'd also like to note that byFormica Formula Ant Diets ship for free, to anywhere in the world.

Update: 1/15/2015

I have seen the first dead worker, well actually two dead workers, since I moved them into an outworld. I am not very worried.

Update: 1/31/2015

This colony grew at a constant rate through winter. I moved them into one of the better "boxbox" containers, and they seem pretty happy about it. :)

That colony looks like it's doing pretty well. How big are those workers?

There are a couple full sized workers by now. I could get an exact measurement tomorrow.

Love the videos. Every summer i skim out and save hundreds of these Tetramorium queens from my pool. I fell for these little guys big time and keep one colony now in a huge fish tank.

As you know, their numbers get to be rediculous, fast.

If I had a bunch like that, I would experiment by putting a large number of them together.

I had about 20 of them in separate test tubes one summer. About 16 of them established a good number of eggs and very small nursing workers. I unplugged all of the cotton from their tubes and put them together in a large fish tank with soil. I had hopes of them merging.

They fought and after a week all but one queen was left and they gathered all the eggs in one tube. I think some ants stayed with the remaining queen and this colony grew SO fast. I still have this one today

Update: 6/21/2015

I forcefully moved them out of their old, disease ridden, mold infested, smelly foraging container and test tubes worker by worker into a new one. I regret not counting the population, but I think they are in the 300-400s. Also I ordered some special tall boxes for them, my Solenopsis xyloni, and Crematogaster colonies so I can make some proper hydrostone formicariums. Also I have noticed a large amount of deaths recently, but I think these are the first few generations dying of age.

Nice video and nice Tetramorium you got there. I'm just wondering why do the workers appear to be multicoloured? Are they still hardening/darkening or what?

Yeah. One generation of workers seemed to grow up woth some mutrient difficiency even though they were always provided a good variety of food.
