Looks like another Pogonomyrmex Californicus

 

 

those are semi claustral queens btw - feed poppy or bluegrass seeds and found them in dirt no test tube.

They also can't climb so pretty easy to contain, i have my queens from this weekend in uncovered containers half full of the dirt i dug them up in

Very nice measurements, for the record though, head length typically is measured from the vertex to the base of the mandibles and does not include the mandibles.
