Hey guys, found this weird ant in my back yard. Looking for an ID.

 

I think its some kinda of Transformerus Sp. but not sure. 

 

Any help is much appreciated.

Looks exactly like a metallic leaf beetle. Not a single difference. 100%

No, no jelly's ID was correct, the colors match.
Definitely Formica Optimus Primal, have you got the queen?

All my colonies are dead.
