Few photos of my Trap Jaws colony. Got stung by them yesterday, very painful. Don`t use your hands to touch them directly. Once you get stung, put water with soap onto the wound, it helps to reduce the pain.

Are you sure you do have a queen ant?

Other hand, you may had a weak queen, which means the queen don`t have enough sperms during the mating flight.

And it also could be a fake queen, sometimes female ant take off their wings though they did not having any mating.

Ant traders may pull out the wings of female ant and sell it to you as a mated queen.

If the temperature is too high or too low, queen ant also had a chance don`t laying any eggs. It works for humidity too.

These pictures were blocked at work. Rightfully so. Those are some gnarly looking ants!

My work blocks certain content as to keep up work focused.

For whatever reason, the pictures are broken links and won't display anything. When I click them, I get a big red speech bubble that says, "Site Prohibited" blah blah blah "category: none".

I think because its a "none" ...whatever the heck that is....it doesn't know what to do with it and thus doesn't let it through. Just a work filter deal. Nothing major.
