Do you leave them in the alcohol, or is there a point where you take them out?

 

Yeah, it's just left in there. If someone knows a better way to preserve, let us know!

Reviving this thread. May be heading up to the Sierra foothills this coming Monday to look for more of this "undescribed C. modoc".

Brian also said they ran a sequencing on it, results back in 2-3 months. Help us get a better idea what this is.
