Hi!
When I was cleaning out two test tubes (my termite and Brachymyrmex tubes) I put them in a plastic bin for a bit. I didn't worry very much about what would happen. Surprisingly, though, the two species got along like long-lost buds. The Brachymyrmex started nestling with the termite and the termite didn't seem to care. Is this normal, or were the Brachymyrmex trying to get into the termite's circle of trust and then stab him in the back?
Thanks!
Also, I separated them later due to the fact that the Brachymyrmex must not be trusted.
