Hi, this is my first ever "new topic" on formiculture, I am fairly new, but anyway: I found a Solenopsis at the park, in November, but my question is, do they still have their nuptial flights in November? I didn't think that they still had their nuptial flights. It didn't have any wings, so I caught it, but died later on.

I've found solenopsis queens pretty much every month except December, January, and February

Depends heavily on species.
Tropical species like Solenopsis invicta and S. geminata fly year-round. On the other hand, Solenopsis molesta, the thief ant, has nuptial flights in the fall and summer.

It depends on where you live. Solenopsis invicta do fly year-round in some southern states, while in a lot of areas they will stop flying in the colder months. Like Martialis said, S. molesta will only fly in the summer and fall since they are much more of a northern species.
