I am looking for someone who can sell me springtails and fruit flies. I found a lot of springtails, but all of them are grey, instead of white.

Have you looked at any pet stores? I know some Petcos in my area will sell fruit fly vials

I honestly don't know if anyone can send any flies from United States to Bulgaria without a permit or without breaking the law.

Flies most likely wouldn't make it. I can send springtails if shipping laws permit it assuming you still need them.

I need all of these! Won't fruit flies eggs survive?

I have problems with receiving fruit fly cultures in the mail myself and I get them in 2 days. The problem is, the media when warm, turns to a thick liquid. Postage doesn't care if the package says keep this side up, so what happens is; when the package is upside down the media drowns everything including the eggs.

I would assume postage would take about 15 days!

Also mentioned above, I'm not sure if there are laws pertaining to shipping flies internationally.
