Hello i foud this queen under a rock in a forest area she had a few workers about 4 no brood or eggs she is about 1.2-1.3 cm long or a little bigger she looks to me like a carpenter ant and so do her workers her workers are about 6-7 mm they look like Camponotus minors but I'm not sure .
The queens legs are brown-ish yelow on the tips . I couldn't take a pic of the worker because they are quite fast tho you can see the worker in a couple of pics of the queen tho not verry clear sr

A Camponotus of some sort for sure

I thought so but what species ? I think its a camponotus piceus but then again I'm not sure that's why I'm here
