I have very limited knowledge of PHP, but I'm usually able to figure it out enough to make simple modifications myself. This time I'm having some trouble. Below is the code that creates the "Newest Topics" section on the front page of the forum. What I need to do is exclude forum ID 45 and 48, along with any of their child forums. If anyone can help write that code for me, I would really appreciate it. So would anyone who doesn't want to see junk threads from the "sandbox" on there.
