Yeah based on your new picture I would say Messor, possibly Messor capitatus Go to the full post

1.1-1.1 cm maybe even a mm longer
2.orange-ish brown (reminds me of tetramorium queen but idk)
3.found by a little dirt road starting a founding nest no workers or eggs i saw her head sticking out so i catch her
4.texture mostly smooth whit little hairs on the gaster
Other distinguishing i didn't notice...😅

I think you're totally right, it definitely looks like a Tetramorium caespitum queen to me.

Actually there is no Podgorica Maine, I'm not sure where I got that...

It looks like a Messor species to me but5 to 7mm seems on the small side

I would take some more pictures if you can

It won't cause her much stress if you take her out gently and for a short time in order to take pictures, plus it will help you get an ID. 

 

Edit: I'm a bit confused as to where you caught her, Montenegro or Maine?
