Strange(?) Behaviour of queen, - CO2?

Hi, so my queen is in test tube setup, L. Niger, And She made Cave in cotton And propably hid allggs in there. Doesn't She try to drawn the eggs?
Or isn't she stressed from CO2 or breath-air, since her tube is in bedroom?
