I have a video of her dying... I do not get it, all the workers are running around fine! Some of them are still tending to her body... :(

Can anyone possibly have a reason for why she died? Here she is just before death- much like Drew's Liometopum queen before she died. Not a single worker has been found dead either at that time, or since.
