Hi,

Just like the title says, I was wondering if there were any other ways to get queens out of their founding chambers other than digging them up. My school owns a lot of forested property, but digging isn't allowed, so i was wondering if there was any other way I could do it

I recall seeing a video about using lemons to lure out queens, but I guess it causes too much stress to the queen and it may disrupt queen laying if she is used to being in a large colony.

Pour water or use a stick to nudge the queen out.

Just do it while no one is watching and fill it back in/compact it. I am sure when they banned digging, they had large holes in mind, not the shallow divot you will need to get to a queen in her claustral chamber.
