I'm not particularly convinced this is Prenolepis. Could you snap a few more pictures for us so we can nail down a more confident iD?

My vote is with Prenolepis as well.
I'm not any expert but this does look like Prenolepis Imparis. If I am correct you'll have to keep this queen somewhere cool, these ants produce more eggs in the winter than in summer. From what I've read 65-68 degrees Fahrenheit is a good temperature range. Keep the queen dark and undisturbed and you should see eggs within a week or 2.
