I don't host the chat. It's Invision Power screwing things up all the time.
I offered Drew a paid license for ArrowChat, which is superior in every way to the Invision Power crap, and even self-installs and is easily integrated, but he objects to installing it because he says it will take too much time to setup and customize (15-30 minutes).

Maybe 15-30 minutes to integrate and customize to your standards. Days, if not weeks to do it to my standards. I also have a job to go to all day long.

I'm sure plenty of you have noticed the chat is down again. I have a support ticket open with them, this time asking for an explanation as to why this problem is never really fixed. If it was fixed, it wouldn't continue to happen over and over and over again. I'm not counting on getting an answer, judging by my past dealings with them, but I figured I would ask anyway.

Riiiiight... When the entire system is down, nobody should even have to open a ticket. Any decent company would have automatic alerts in place for that sort of thing, especially when it's clearly something they never actually fix, and continues to cause the same problem time and time again.
Anyway, it looks like it's "resolved" now. Of course, nobody gave me any answer as to what the problem was and why it continues to happen over and over again. They just give you the same canned response every time: "This issue has now been resolved.". We all know it's not really resolved, it's just a temporary fix. So, enjoy... until this happens all over again.
