I need some help. I caught a cromatagaster Queen and I don't know if she lays egged after hibernation or befor hibernation

I have three and none of them have laid anything yet. I think they hibernate before laying.
Current queens/colonies
Camponotus novaeboracensis x2
Camponotus pennsylvanicus x2
Camponotus herculeanus x1
Formica sp. x1
Lasius americanus x1 (Lasius alienus)
Lasius neoniger x1
Crematogastor cerasi x1
Myrmica sp. x1

That all depends on your climate.

I pulled mine out of hibernation a few days ago and mine has her first few eggs.
Current queens/colonies
Camponotus novaeboracensis x2
Camponotus pennsylvanicus x2
Camponotus herculeanus x1
Formica sp. x1
Lasius americanus x1 (Lasius alienus)
Lasius neoniger x1
Crematogastor cerasi x1
Myrmica sp. x1

Crematogaster queens start laying in response to temperature, especially northern species like C. cerasi and C. lineolata. If you're hibernating them, try taking them out, and further more try heating them up.
Note: Test tube setups will leak water because the cotton shrinks in cold temps. If this happens it might be worth it to just put her in a fresh test tube, especially is she hasn't laid yet, and the water is probably getting low anyhow. Also you shouldn't incubate test tube setups because that kind of heating will cause the water to condensate on the other side of the cotton as well. You need to find a happy medium.

I agree with MILTA. My crematogster queens laid eggs as soon as they were in temperature around 25 C

Two out of three cerasi queens have nice piles of eggs now, a few weeks out of hibernation. Temp is a stays around 75-80F.
