More heat? Basically give them space, lots of food, and higher than room temperature temperatures.
Keeper of:
Camponotus Vicinus
Prenolepis Imparis
Tetramorium Sp. E x2

haha kinda true i just checked and they have 20-30 pupae and ALOT of eggs
i did a little experiment, i gave them larvae from my doomed Pseudomyrmex gracilis colony, they killed all but one... now it is in their brood pile, like they accepted it, quite interesting
I agree with OTHER. I have a Pheidole pallidula colony that founded in early 2016 and they already have 100-200 workers with about 300 more coming in a few weeks. I found out that they appreciate diluted honey (1/3 ratio) and fruit flies the best.

i have no fruit flies, i give them crickets

A variety of insects is best. I would rotate between fruit flies, mealworms, and crickets. All must be bought from a pet store so you know they won't be contaminated with disease, mites, or pesticides.

Yes a variety is very important for Pheidole. Mine wouldn't eat another mealworm after like 4. Also, buying from online stores is more recommended , due to the insects being malnourished.
