The dealate comes from a distantly related colony, and the existing colony has 2 majors, 20 minors and one queen. They've accepted foreign workers.

Also, they are the same species.

I wouldn't I mean there is always the risk that they won't accept her, and that would just be wasting a perfectly fine queen that probably could [with a bit of work and patience] found her own colony.
