Hey y'all! I have not made a journal this year and I just thought, you know what, maybe I should make one and so this is a journal for ALL the species that I am keeping. (Pics will come soon...) (Also if anyone can help me get pics up without links with my iPhone that would be appreciated)

1. Camponotus pennsylvanicus
Worker state: 10-20 workers (No majors yet)
Brood: 4 eggs 3 larvae 5 pupae
This has been the second queen that I have ever caught!

2. Formica fusca
Worker state: 5 workers
Brood: 3 eggs 2 larvae
I will have to hibernate her soon!!!

3. Tetramorium sp e
Worker state: 20-25 workers
Brood: A TON of eggs
I'll have to hibernate after they have the workers.

4. Lasius Neoniger
Worker state: 0
Brood: 0
After I hibernate her, she'll lay

5. Crematogaster lineolata
Worker state: 0
Brood: 0
I caught her late this year so I think she will wait for hibernation then lay.

6. Solenopsis invicta
Worker state: 0
Brood: 0
The only reason I don't have more invicta is that because I sold them all. Caught a new queen though.

Remember I will update and post new pics! Thx

Nice colonys!

Also about posting without links. You can use a uploader site like imgur ( which is what I use). Go into the upload menu. Click the pictures you want uploaded. Then it will upload. When it's done you click the links and put .jpg at the end then select all, copy and paste into the thread. Sorry if it's not very clear.

My Youtube Channel
https://m.youtube.co...R--GtDfJdaJjWpQ

Species I have kept or are keeping
-Nylanderia sp?
-Pheidole sp
-Pachycondyla Castanea (I didn't catch the queen sadly)
-Monomorium Antarcticum
-Iridomyrmex sp
-Ochetellus Glaber

-Amblyopone Australis

Tetramorium hibernate with small larvae. If you wait to hibernate them until the eggs turn into workers you'll be waiting all winter  :) . Remember, hibernation is really important for northern ants.

Currently Keeping:
Trachymyrmex septentrionalis

Pheidole pilifera

Forelius sp. (Monogynous, bicolored) "Midwestern Forelius"
Crematogaster cerasi

Pheidole bicarinata

Aphaenogaster rudis

Camponotus chromaiodes

Formica sp. (microgena species)

Nylanderia cf. arenivega

Also if anyone can help me to do pictures on the forum with an IPhone that would be helpful.
Also if anyone is interested in why I didn't post my Camponotus pennsylvanicus and my Solenopsis invicta the answer is I sold them and traded them :)

I've notified the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and The Alabama Department of Agriculture about your account details. Feel free to continue illegally trading ants, but the fine when you are caught will be upward of $5,000.

We have warned you over and over to stop this.

If you've enjoyed using my expertise and identifications, please do not create undue ecological risk by releasing your ants. The environment which we keep our pet insects is alien and oftentimes unsanitary, so ensure that wild populations stay safe by giving your ants the best care you can manage for the rest of their lives, as we must do with any other pet.

Exotic ants are for those who think that vibrant diversity is something you need to pay money to see. It is illegal to transport live ants across state lines.

Black lives still matter.
