So I need some urgent help. First I need to know are Brachymyrmex depilis claustral or semi claustral? 

Second I need to know what this other queen is and if it is claustral or not! It keeps pulling at the cotton and I need to know!

Or maybe its pulling at the cotton because it wants to be more tight spaced.

Also I can't provide measurments but it is the size of a Camponotus pennsylvanicus worker.

Its just payback mate. Plus you have no idea about my experiance, AND this is my first time getting queens, so yes, I don't have the best experiance. You are telling me what I already know.

you can usually tell if they are fully or semi claustral by the size of the gaster, if they have a large gaster its pretty safe to assume that they are fully claustral at least that's what I've seen in my experience.

I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong

Nah you seem good. I have heard the gaster is a way to see aswell, by many experts. Like the sheer bulkiness
