What's a good temp for Tetramorium sp. E?

I have one side of my formicarium at 85 and the other at 75.

They seem to like the cooler chamber. Any thoughts?

I found a website that says Tetramorium C like a temp range from 50 - 100 degrees. That's nuts. Should I place more of the formicarium on the head pad?
