I caught this today in the evening crawling around in the dirt near a pond. I think it is a male because of how small its abdomen. Sorry for the poor quality of the photos, its had to get my phone to focus on it because of how small it is.

Sometimes it's confusing but this is a queen! Probably some sort parasitic species, which however in my opion are just useless when it comes to ant keeping!
