Saw a huge flight in this field, caught about 10 queens. My guess is that the ratio of drones to queens was about 250:1, maybe more (if that helps with the ID)
Found them in South Jersey, on the side of street on the curb... Tallish grass and weeds. My estimate is about 1cm long, roughly the same size as a super major Camponotus pennsylvanicus.
The bottoms of their gaster is like a cream yellowish, some are a bit more yellow than others.
