Not sure if this is posted elsewhere on the boards, and I am sure many of you may have seen it, but anyhow - here is a link to a cool documentary on YouTube about Leaf Cutter Ants - including excavating a colony from the wild to bring into a captive setting.  There is also some interesting parts on fire ants.

Overall, a pretty interesting watch.

It is a cut down and re-narrated version of BBC - Planet Ant: Life Inside The Colony (2013). The BBC version is 1 hour and 30 minutes long. There is a nice 1080p version "out there" of it.

I've never seen this version before, but have watched this one many times before. personally, I prefer the narration. It also seems to have more content.
