A Camponotus for sure, but I do not know the species.

 

She's about 13-14 mm, not including her wings.

Certainly Camponotus but like you I have no idea which species. Gorgeous queen though! Nice find. :)

Camponotus tortuganus. I've been finding the occasional delate the past couple weeks. I expect them to fly in much larger numbers towards the end of June along with C. floridanus.

Awesome!  Yeah, they flew after yesterdays rain.  Both C. floridanus and tortuganus.
