1. Location of collection: Aliso Woods, CA
2. Date of collection: 6/3/14
3. Habitat of collection: Coastal Hills
4. Length (from head to gaster): 8mm
5. Color, hue, pattern and texture: Orange-brown on the head/thorax and black/ orange-brown strips on abdomen.  From what i saw it is smooth.
6. Distinguishing characteristics:

Solenopsis xyloni female alates. Probably not fertile.
