Check out the NCDC interactive map, it's the only one I've found with archived data and adjustable map resolution:

A little update: It looks like https://weather.com/...interactive/l/l is gone now, most likely to force everyone to use that wundermap piece of garbage. Thanks a lot IBM.

Looks like the Weather.com interactive map is still there. I'm not sure why the specific URL I was using before stopped working.

Well isn't this wonderful. It looks like IBM has now bought Intellicast, the only nice weather map that was left. Now it just redirects to that wunderground garbage. I think IBM owns every weather website on the internet now.

This thread was created a long time ago. There are other websites to use to gather the information needed, but Intellicast was the best live radar map, and now it's gone.
