Hi, I would like to know if it's normal that the eggs of my Camponotus Pennsylvanicus look exactly the same size 1 week after she laid them?

Yes, Camponotus brood develops pretty slowly. It could take over three weeks for them to become larvae.
Yeah sometimes [depending on the temperatures] esp. with Camponotus, they take quite awhile to get to first workers. A little "heat" can help make it go by a bit faster.
Camponotus eggs seem to not change for a long time, and then suddenly the brood changes happen a lot faster after the eggs turn to larvae.
