I recently got a colony of "Tetras" from Kadin. A bunch of brood, 1 queen, and around 40 workers. My goal is to get to alates by may.

Your in for a while ride! If you give them enough sugar, protein, and heat... They will amaze you how fast they grow. There's a reason they out compete many other species.

Update: Colony has been doing amazing. Feeding everyday. They started burrowing in the sand and creating chambers.
