My odontoponera queen wasn't doing anything but walking around. Is it normal?

If she didn't originally live in the tube, she probably doesn't deem it safe. Because her pheromones have not been laid there. She is probably looking for food as well. Give her part of a cricket and a small drop of honey.

you need to give her protein you could use other insects like mealworms and fruitflies.

Fruit flies are the closest things I could get

Then use fruit flies.
