Do you mean 15mm? That would make this Camponotus castaneus. It looks like Formica pallidefulva to me, from this angle, but those are only 10-12mm. Are the measurements accurate? a couple more pictures wouldn't hurt, either.

It has to be Formica Pallidefulva. She's around 11mm.
