Monomorium? Queen or drone?

Are they even worth the trouble?

It is definitely not a queen that I know of. However I'm not sure if it's a drone or some sort of parasitic wasp. I'm assuming it's a drone.

It's antenae and face do look wasp like to me, although it hasn't tried to fly.

IMHO of course.

It looks like a male Solenopsis sp.
