Those mealworms have a cool colouration. Assuming that they are mealworms.

They are circular shaped. Almost look like christmas tree globes ;)

Cool, looks just like mine. Congrats! And they are queen alate larvae indeed, although those white dots looks weird at first.

So the male ones look like normal larvae? I thought both queen and male larvae look like this but queen larvae will become bigger.

I noticed queen larvae, for Pheidole megacephala, have a more rounded shape as well, at least early on her development.

I think the male larvae maybe big but wouldn't be that massive. Probably similar size as a major worker. All of mine turn into queen alates.

Wow they are pretty good at getting rid of dead animal body's, It'd be cool to see which would be able to eat something faster ants or Dermestids, but there'd be lots of variables [probably too much...]

Yeah I fed a dead lizard to a fire ant colony and they put all the bones in their trash pile.

This was quite an incredible colony. I loved seeing the videos of them, then one day, nothing. I was hoping you had simply forgot to upload a video or something. Oh well, there's always another queen.
