I found a local GAN Farmer with a small colony of Brachymyrmex bureni for sale, I want them to be happy in my home and theirs. Will an Omni Nest be suitable for these little girls? Will the Omni Nest provide optimal hydration? Is there a better formicarium option? Maybe a Hybrid Nest (If so which genus specific nest would be best.)

You know brachymyrmex are tiny right? Omni nest seems too large

That's what I was worried about, which is why I'm considering a Hybrid Nest from AC. I plan on sealing the top glass to the rest of the nest.

 

Edit: Just found Tarheelants.com they have tons of tiny little fomicraruim

Edit: Just found Tarheelants.com they have tons of tiny little fomicraruim

THA have awesome founding nests which suit specific needs. My advice is to get some mini hearths. Will last you a long time!
