]Hi, I want to introduce my Camponotus fulvopilosus

Title: Camponotus fulvopilosus
Origin: South Africa
Queen: 17-18mm
Workers: 9-19mm
Food: Insects and honey water
Humidity: dry
Temperature: 24-34 ° C
Hibernation: rest period from June to August
Nest building: Soil nests, often under stones
Formicarien: pool, farm basin
Special features: A beautifully colored Camponotus species is straightforward in attitude. It stands out not only by
the color but also by the impressive size.

This type loves very hot, 34 ° C. And very dry, neither the nest nor the terrarium are moistened. I built them a nest of Y-tong.
Using a screwdriver, I made the corridors and chambers.
Everything brushed with clay and red sand from Namibia.

The Terarrium is heated with 3 spot lamps.

Best regards Bulldog Ant
